  1. What does your organization do?

    Our organization specializes in Crisis Intervention, Homeless Prevention and Outreach. This means we raise awareness about the extent of poverty and what it does, its causes and how many are close to it or are affected by it.

    We directly work against the factors of poverty and aim to intervene during crisis and prevent homelessness. We help people through our extensive programs and services. For a list of specific programs and services we provide, visit our What We Do section.

  2. How can I get involved?

    Volunteer, donate or advocate. The ways you can be involved and help are endless and we are always on the lookout for individuals like you. Visit our What You Can Do section to find out ways to get involved!

  3. Where does my money go?

    All financial donations go toward outreaches, supplies, and toward the mission of Interrupting the Cycles of Poverty With the Love of God and Crisis Intervention Services, ongoing operating cost and providing needs when we do not have them in our storage. These go towards individuals and families transitioning from shelters into homes:

    -who cannot afford basic needs to live cleanly and comfortably
    - cleaning supplies (mops, brooms, buckets..)
    - New bedding
    - Hygiene products
    - Emergency food
    - New underwear
    - New socks

  4. Where do my donated items go?

    We freely give donations of clothing, furniture and household items to qualifying persons.

    Populations We Serve:
    • Veterans
    • Single Parents & 2-parents households
    • Disabled
    • Those suffering a mental illness
    • Victims of domestic violence
    • Formerly incarcerated
    • People shut in due to illness/disease
    • Those Needing Emergency Assistance:
    (On a 24/7 Basis)
    -little to no food
    -inadequate clothing
    -lack of hygiene products

  5. I have a business/company and want to get involved, what do I do?

  6. Do you partner with Churches?

  7. I would like Our Father's Kingdom Services to be present at, or speak at my function, who do I contact?

    Email info@ofks.org with your contact information, the function and any other important information. Someone from our organization will get in touch with you.

  8. Won't people take advantage of your organization or "scam" the system?

    We have a renowned qualification process that is accurate, fair and is based off nonprofit field experience of 20+ years. We stand by our mission to help the poorest of the poor, homelessness prevention and crisis intervention.

  9. Are donations tax deductible?

    Yes! You will be given an itemized receipt upon donation.

  10. Who do you "serve" or "help"?

    We serve and advocate for those in need, regardless of nationality, beliefs, political ideology, age, sex, and sexual orientation.

  11. Our organization takes our privacy policy seriously and takes steps to protect and ensure the safety of our supporters. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our volunteers or supporters outside of our immediate organization. This policy has no exceptions.
